Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Anesthesia Briefs web sitesini ziyaret ettiğinizde ve Anesthesia Briefs mobil uygulamasını kullandığınızda kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini, saklandığını ve korunduğunu açıklar.

2. Toplanan Kişisel Veriler

10. Sağlık Verileri ve Hasta Bilgileri

Anesthesia Briefs web sitesi, ziyaretçilerden hasta bilgisi, sağlık verisi veya özel nitelikli kişisel veri talep etmeyi amaçlamaz. 11. Mobil Uygulama

Bu bölüm, Anesthesia Briefs mobil uygulamasının ("Uygulama") veri işleme uygulamalarını açıklar. Uygulama, sağlık profesyonellerine yönelik eğitsel bir klinik referans aracıdır. Uygulama bir web tarayıcısı üzerinden çalışmadığından, bu politikanın çerezlere (Bölüm 5), web sitesi teknik ve kullanım verilerine (Bölüm 2.2) ve lansman duyuru listesine (Bölüm 2.4) ilişkin hükümleri Uygulama için geçerli değildir. 11.1. Çevrimdışı Çalışma Yapısı ve Veri Toplama

Uygulama, öncelikli olarak çevrimdışı (offline-first) çalışacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır. Uygulamanın indirilmesi ve uygulama mağazaları üzerinden sunulan güncellemeler dışında, lansman sürümü klinik başvuru içeriği için çevrimdışı çalışacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır.

• Hesap ve Kayıt: Uygulamayı kullanmak için bir hesap açmanız, üye olmanız veya e-posta adresi vermeniz gerekmez.
• Analitik ve Takip: Uygulama içinde kullanım alışkanlıklarınızı izleyen hiçbir analitik aracı (Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics vb.) bulunmamaktadır.
• Reklamlar: Uygulama hiçbir reklam veya üçüncü taraf takip kodu içermez.
• Hata Raporlama: Uygulama içinde otomatik çalışan hiçbir Crashlytics veya hata raporlama SDK'sı bulunmamaktadır.

11.2. Cihaz Üzerinde Saklanan Yerel Veriler

Uygulama, yalnızca kullanıcı deneyimini sağlamak amacıyla aşağıdaki verileri cihazınızın yerel depolama alanında (SharedPreferences veya benzeri yerel veri saklama yöntemleri) saklar. Bu veriler hiçbir şekilde harici bir sunucuya gönderilmez:

• Uygulama tercihleri (dil seçimi vb.),
• Yasal sorumluluk reddi (disclaimer) beyanının onaylanma zaman damgası,
• Yerel bildirim ayarları,
• Laryngoscope Toss oyununa ait yerel en yüksek skor bilgisi.

11.3. Yerel Bildirimler

Uygulama, günlük öğrenme hatırlatıcıları göndermek amacıyla yerel bildirimleri kullanabilir. Bu bildirimler cihazın kendi işletim sistemi tarafından yerel olarak tetiklenir ve harici bir sunucu bağlantısı (Push Notification servisi) kullanmaz. Bildirimleri cihazınızın ayarlar kısmından dilediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.

11.4. Çevrimiçi Liderlik Tablosu (Firebase/Firestore) Durumu

Uygulama kodunda Laryngoscope Toss oyunu için isteğe bağlı bir çevrimiçi liderlik tablosu altyapısı bulunmakla birlikte, bu özellik uygulamanın ilk yayın sürümünde kapalı ve pasif (dormant) durumdadır. Cihazınızdan bu özelliğe yönelik hiçbir veri (rumuz, skor vb.) dışarıya aktarılmaz. Gelecekte bu özelliğin etkinleştirilmesine karar verilirse, bu durum kullanıcılara önceden bildirilecek ve bu gizlilik politikası güncellenecektir.

11.5. Sağlık Verileri ve Kişisel Sağlık Bilgileri (PHI)

Uygulama, hastalarla ilgili hiçbir kişisel sağlık bilgisi (PHI), hasta ismi, protokol numarası veya TC Kimlik Numarası toplamaz veya saklamaz. Kullanıcıların uygulama içerisindeki arama araçlarına kesinlikle hastaya ait tanımlayıcı veya kişisel veri girmemesi gerekmektedir. Uygulama Apple HealthKit veya Google Health Connect verilerini okumaz veya bu sistemlere veri yazmaz.

11.6. Hassas İzinler

Uygulama; konum bilgisi, kamera, mikrofon, rehber, takvim veya fotoğraf galerisi gibi hassas cihaz izinlerine erişim talep etmez.

11.7. Uygulama Verilerinin Saklanması ve Silinmesi

Uygulamaya ait tüm veriler cihazınızda saklanır. Uygulamayı cihazınızdan kaldırdığınızda veya uygulama verilerini temizlediğinizde, yerel olarak saklanan tüm ayarlarınız ve yüksek skorlarınız kalıcı olarak silinir. Harici sunucularımızda saklanan hiçbir uygulama veriniz bulunmadığından, Uygulama için veri silme talebinde bulunmanıza gerek yoktur.

12. Çocukların Gizliliği

Anesthesia Briefs, sağlık profesyonellerine ve tıp eğitimi alan yetişkin kullanıcılara yönelik bir hizmettir. Web sitesi ve Uygulama, çocuklardan bilerek kişisel veri toplamayı amaçlamaz.

13. İlgili Kişi Hakları

Yürürlükteki mevzuat kapsamında kişisel verilerinizle ilgili olarak:

• kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme,
• işlenmişse buna ilişkin bilgi talep etme,

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data is processed, stored and protected when you visit the Anesthesia Briefs website and when you use the Anesthesia Briefs mobile application.

This policy applies both to personal data collected through the Anesthesia Briefs website and to the Anesthesia Briefs mobile application. Because the website and the App work differently, their data practices differ: the provisions relating to the website are set out in Sections 2–10, and those relating to the mobile application in Section 11.

App stores, payment infrastructures or third-party services may additionally process data through their own systems; those services may have their own privacy policies.

2. Personal Data We Collect

Depending on your use of the website, the following personal data may be processed:

When you contact us via a contact form, support request or email:

• first and last name,

• other information related to your request.

2.2. Technical and Usage Data

When you visit the website:

2.4. Launch Announcement List (Newsletter)

If you leave your e-mail address in the announcement form on the website, it is processed solely on the basis of your explicit consent, for the purposes of announcing the release of the app and sending important updates about Anesthesia Briefs services. Sign-up uses a double opt-in method: you are not added to the list until you confirm the verification link sent to your address. Your e-mail address is transferred to Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Germany), which we use as a data processor for this service and whose servers are located in the European Union; see Section 7 for details on international transfers. You may leave the list and request deletion of your data at any time via the link included in every e-mail or by writing to support@anesthesiabriefs.com.

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

• to operate the website,
• to carry out security and abuse-prevention processes,
• to respond to support and contact requests,
• to improve the user experience,
• to detect and fix technical issues,
• to analyse website performance,
• to fulfil legal obligations,

9. Security of Personal Data

Reasonable technical and administrative measures are applied to keep your personal data secure. These may include access control, secure server infrastructure, authorisation, log monitoring and, where necessary, encryption.

Nevertheless, it cannot be guaranteed that data transmission over the internet is entirely without risk.

10. Health Data and Patient Information

The Anesthesia Briefs website does not intend to request patient information, health data or special categories of personal data from visitors. Users should not share patient names, patient identifiers, clinical case information, images, medical reports or similar special-category data through contact forms or support requests.

11. Mobile Application

This section describes the data practices of the Anesthesia Briefs mobile application (the "App"). The App is an educational clinical reference tool designed for healthcare professionals. Because the App does not run through a web browser, the provisions of this policy concerning cookies (Section 5), website technical and usage data (Section 2.2) and the launch announcement list (Section 2.4) do not apply to the App. The same content is also published as a standalone document at App Privacy Policy.

11.1. Offline-First Architecture and Data Collection

The App is designed to operate primarily offline. Aside from downloading the app and any app-store-delivered updates, the launch version is designed to operate offline for its clinical reference content.

• No Accounts: You do not need to create an account, sign in, or provide an email address to use the App.
• No Analytics: The App does not contain any analytics SDKs (such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics) to track your usage patterns.
• No Advertising: The App does not contain advertisements or third-party tracking codes.
• No Crash Reporting: The App does not use automatic crash reporting SDKs (such as Crashlytics).

11.2. Local-Only Data Storage

The App stores the following data locally on your device (using SharedPreferences or similar local storage mechanisms) solely to enable App functionality. This data is never sent to any external servers:

• App preferences (such as language selection),
• Timestamp of the legal disclaimer acceptance,
• Local notification settings,
• Local high score for the Laryngoscope Toss mini-game.

11.3. Local Notifications

The App may use local notifications to deliver daily learning reminders. These notifications are triggered locally by your device's operating system and do not connect to external push notification servers. You can disable these notifications at any time in your device settings.

11.4. Firebase Leaderboard Status (Dormant)

Although the App's codebase contains an optional online leaderboard feature for the Laryngoscope Toss game, this feature is disabled and dormant in the initial launch version. No leaderboard data (nicknames or scores) is transmitted off your device. If this feature is activated in a future release, users will be notified, and this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

11.5. Health Data and Protected Health Information (PHI)

The App does not collect, store, or transmit any Protected Health Information (PHI), patient names, medical record numbers, or national identification numbers. Users must never enter patient-identifiable data into the search tools. The App does not read from or write to Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect.

11.6. Sensitive Permissions

The App does not request access to sensitive device permissions, such as location services, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, or the photo gallery.

11.7. Retention and Deletion of App Data

All App data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App or clearing its data will permanently delete all your local settings and high scores. Because we do not store any of your App data on external servers, there is no need to submit a data deletion request for the App.

12. Children's Privacy

Anesthesia Briefs is a service intended for healthcare professionals and adult users receiving medical training. The website and the App do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

13. Your Rights as a Data Subject

Within the scope of applicable legislation, you may have the right, with respect to your personal data, to:

• learn whether your personal data is being processed,
• request information if it has been processed,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• know the third parties to whom it has been transferred,
• request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• request its deletion or destruction,
• object,
• claim compensation if you suffer damage.
